Here is what is need for travel to Croatia from the United States and Canada:
Vaccinated travelers only. Requires vaccination certificate or a certificate confirming recovery from SARS-COV-2 within 11-180 days prior to arrival. All travelers also require a rapid antigen test approved by the EMA or a PCR test was taken within 48 hours of arrival at the Croatian border. Those with an antigen test result staying for more than 10 days will need to repeat the test once during their stay. Children under the age of seven can cross the border without restrictions.
As a reminder, any outbound passenger should check with the U.S. Embassy or Canadian Government on the country-specific information and the airline before finalizing travel plans.
