Day 2: Zagreb
Reserve this day for an authentic experience of this lovely city. Our expert local guide will show you the highlights of Zagreb the insider way. Stroll the charming streets of Zagreb and discover the secret places that only locals go to. Admire the architecture of lively Ban Jelačić Square. Pass through popular Tkalčićeva Street, walk to the delightful Kamenita Vrata, visit St. Mark’s Church with its brilliant multicolor tile roof, and experience amazing views of Zagreb from the Upper Town. A perfect place to capture these unforgettable moments. End this walk at one of the boutique cellars in town and sample traditional delicacies and taste the some of the rare wines of the region. Day 3: Zagreb/Rastoke & Plitvice/Split
Transfer to Plitvice Lakes National Park by private car and driver. Stop for coffee at a small village of Rastoke. Known for its water mills, Rastoke is breathtaking in its natural beauty, cuisine and traditions, and we are sure that you will enjoy it with all of your senses. Explore the settlement by walking along the trails overlooking the waterfalls and rapids and enjoy the beauty of nature. The Korana River is the ideal place for whitewater rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Continue to Plitvice Lakes National Park – the unique oasis of rare natural beauty! It remains one of Europe ‘s most beautiful nature reserve parks and consists of 16 lakes, all connected in cascades of murmuring waterfalls. So take a languid walk along the Lakes, and breath in the fresh mountain air while listening to the lilting sounds of nature. Enjoy a boat ride and a hike around the lakes. Day 4: Split
Relish this morning, and think of the cherished time awaiting you here on the Dalmatian coast. Then get to know the town of Split. Visit the well preserved ancient cellars of the Diocletian’s Palace. Continue to the Cathedral, which is considered to one of the oldest in the world. Browse food and craft markets, galleries and unique shops. Or spend quality time lounging along the beach or strolling the beautiful serene sunlit sea.
If you prefer spending this day by being more active, opt in for rafting on river Cetina. Enjoy emerald water, forests, caves, waterfalls and great rafting and even zip line, too. This adventure starts near Omiš where Cetina enters the Adriatic Sea. No previous rafting experience is needed if you can swim. Hotel Marmont, Split, (B)
Day 5: Split/Hvar
This morning we take you by catamaran to the most seductive place on the Adriatic, the island of Hvar. Spend this day at leisure enjoying everything this sunniest island has to offer. From hidden beaches, swimming, snorkeling and diving to amazing bike trails, lavender fields, olive groves and vineyards. Day 6: Hvar/Vis Island/Hvar
Board your private sail boat and in the company of a professional skipper and sail to the island of Vis.
