Day 1: Venice/Skocjan Caves/Rovinj
Private transfer by car and driver from Piazzale Roma in Venice to your hotel in Rovinj with a stop in Skocjan Caves in Slovenia for a self-guided tour of the caves. Continue to Rovinj. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure, exploring the charming streets of Rovinj and optional dining at Croatia’s first Michelin star restaurant. Overnight in Rovinj.
Day 2: Rovinj
Rovinj is considered to be one of the most beautiful towns on the Croatian coast because of its unique appearance and its wonderful natural surroundings. It developed in the tradition of a small fishing town under the watchful eye of its patron saint, Sv. Eufemija (St. Euphemia), with a distinctive form of boat, the batana, and the recognizable bitinada songs. Its beauty is especially valued by artists who painted the most beautiful motifs of this town and exhibited them in Grisija – the street of artists.
The old town offers fascinating art and architecture and it is surrounded by the islands of Rovinj archipelago, Lim Bay, Punta Corrente Forrest & Palud bird reserve. The best way to explore it all is on a biking tour. In the company of your expert guide, you will bike along the coast and into the country to explore Istria’s villages and farms. You will have the opportunity to taste the fruits and have lunch produced by local farmers. This wonderful excursion will also include easy hiking and enjoying the views of the Lim Fjord Nature Reserve. Here you can find some of the best spots for a refreshing swim in the clear sea. Explore the wildlife of the area in two bird sanctuaries. Overnight in Rovinj.
Day 3: Rovinj/Motovun/Rovinj
Morning at leisure. In the early afternoon we will take you for truffle hunting and a cooking class experience to Motovun, one of the smallest and most charming villages in the Istrian countryside. Our tasting includes a variety of wonderful truffle products–cheese with truffles and even truffle biscuits. Then we head on our adventure, led by specially trained dogs to the famous Motovun forests to try your luck with black and even the precious white truffles! We’ll continue with a cooking class where you will learn how to prepare local specialties, and of course, taste it all for dinner. Return to Rovinj. Overnight in Rovinj
Day 4: Rovinj/Plitvice
In the company of your private driver transfer to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Plitvice Lakes National Park is one of Europe’s largest nature reserve parks established in 1949. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, and a fantastic place to get outdoors and experience the lush green landscapes. Walk and hike through the lakes and admire its stunning collection of waterfalls, lakes, forest and diversity of animal life. The lakes have unique colors, ranging from azure to green, grey or blue. These colors change frequently based on the amount of minerals, underwater life and the angle of sunlight. The sixteen lakes, formed by natural dams of travertine, are separated into upper and lower lakes. Approximately 5 miles of pathways and wooden walking trails around lakes are accessible to explore. Take a boat ride across Kozjak, the largest of the lakes, and you will witness a unique perspective of nature: the lake is rife with crystal clear emerald water and fringed with bubbly white waterfalls! There will be enough time to enjoy lunch of local specialties at any of the local restaurants as well as a complimentary dessert and coffee! Overnight in Plitvice.
Day 5: Plitvice/Split
Transfer to Split by private car and driver with an optional stop in Krka National Park for hiking & swimming underneath the waterfalls. If the time allows, we will also make a stop in Zadar to enjoy one of the most amazing sunsets and the soothing sounds of the sea organ. Overnight in Split.
Day 6: Split/Omis/Split
Morning at leisure. Afternoon is reserved for an unforgettable experience in a small village near Omiš, where our adventure on the Cetina River begins. Admire green water, jungle-like forests, caves and waterfalls. Begin with a thrilling river rafting and floating on the river. Before we return back to Split, we will take you for an optional dinner at a small family restaurant on a secret location with best local food and authentic atmosphere. Return to Split for overnight.
Day 7: Split/Brac/Hvar

Day 8: Hvar
Day at leisure. Lounge at the pool in front of your beach front hotel or at any nearby secluded beaches.
Or op in to experience a different side of Hvar. Bike through small villages, vineyards, lavender fields, olive groves in the inner part of the island. Let yourselves be carried away by delicious flavors of a traditional Dalmatian lunch prepared from organically grown food and wines on a local farm. Overnight in Hvar.
Day 9: Hvar/Blue & Green Caves/Hvar
Explore the Green and Blue caves on this exciting boat excursion. Swim inside the Green cave and experience the emerald light show. Our boat ride continues to the picturesque hidden inlet where you can swim or just relax and sun bathe. Next, we take you to the world-renowned Blue Cave, whose ethereal silvery blue color is created by the sun as it bathes the inside of the cave through an opening in the roof and is reflected back by the sandy surface below. Our next stop is the island of Vis (time permitting) and the authentic fishing village of Komiža. Then, we head to Pakleni Islands. We’ll stop at one of the archipelago’s most popular bays where you can have a seaside lunch at some of the best restaurants in the Adriatic! After lunch, you can swim, relax or lounge on the beach. Return and overnight in Hvar.
